How Do I Hook Up 2 15 Watt Solar Panels To Achieve The Most Wattage? Must Keep At 12 Volts?

i have tried to hook them up to my regulator on parrallel but they still display the same watts…how do i increase? or is it just reading it wrong?

You would wire the outputs in parallel. That would still give you the 12 volts but add the current capability of each. Make sure you get positive to positive and negative to negative when you wire them together. Check them with a meter if necessary.
